Why they came to us:
Disappointed by lagging sales, Quality Filters, Inc., turned to J Thomas Inc. to develop a brand vision and positioning platform, and evolve its brand identity, which had been in use for many years. The goal was to expand market share and generate new leads to increase profits.

How we responded:
J Thomas Inc. worked with QFI’s management team to develop a differentiated and relevant brand positioning that clearly and tangibly communicates QFI’s vision to the market. J Thomas Inc. developed a brand identity and tagline, Think Simple. Think Smart. Think Quality., with a clean and focused look and feel.

· In addition to a straightforward presentation of the products, the new sales literature uses photographs of people to emphasize QFI’s belief that customer service and personal relationships can increase the client’s overall satisfaction.

· A new Web site mirrors the look and feel of the sales literature.

· Print ads for national trade publications target those who are charged with incorporating “green” practices into their HVAC building and maintenance solutions, and who are seeking the most cost-effective solutions to indoor air quality and energy conservation. The creative strategy compares the great lengths and expense at which some will go, to the cost-effective and high-performing products of Quality Filters, Inc.

The results:
The result is visionary. It reflects QFI’s position as the easy and innovative choice for quality filtration products, and clearly communicates QFI’s commitment to quality and customer service. The brand identity and print campaign also demonstrate QFI’s ability to develop environmentally friendly, cost-effective solutions to indoor air filtration.
